Probably not. Look for the word COPY or REPLICA worked into the design, usually on the back. That's required on all legitimate replica bills and coins made since 1973. Of course if your bill is older than that or an outright counterfeit, it won't be there!

If you can't find anything definite you should have the bill examined in person by a reputable dealer or appraiser. Very few $10,000 bills were ever printed and the last ones were issued in the 1940s (series date 1934) so it's highly unlikely anyone except a wealthy collector or museum would have a genuine one today.
