Answer:

I can't identify Project Fast Cash as an actual scam without going through the whole program at my own expense. However, my review of what others have said about it tells me that even if nothing outright illegal is involved (although I don't know that for sure without buying it myself) but is designed to sell the you the initial program, then you need to buy the next level of the program, then the next level, until you finally find out that you make your money by selling your own 'program' using the same technique (or you just give up saying good bye to the money you've spent to that point). An on line reviewer of the program wrote, "Jordan Hall's Project Fast Cash... doesn't appear to offer anything new. It sells for... $199 which is the same price he charged for Bullet Cash Method a few years ago."

This 'system' for making money is not new and is not unique, the money is made selling the system, and to make real money selling a system you also need real talent. Like weight loss 'systems' and 'programs', when the customer fails the program, doesn't loose the weight or make the money, the seller puts the blame on the customer, the 'system' is not At Fault. The Project Fast Cash is an expensive way to learn this lesson.
