Works closely with store sales staff with regard to shelf maintenance and trains staff on appropriate merchandising standards. Often responsible for promotional signage. May oversee one or a group of area stores. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

2) Visual Merchandiser
Responsible for visual presentation in a defined scope. Creates timely merchandise displays throughout store or defined area and creates an enjoyable, easy shopping experience for the customer to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
