First of all, condition is the main factor. Second, it depends somewhat on the signatures on the front of the bill. Speelman & White are common signatures, for example. Assuming there's no damage (ink, rips, pieces missing, pin holes) and the bill shows plain honest use with lots of folds, it could be worth around $75.00 (U.S.). If it looks like it just came off the presses yesterday, with NO blemishes whatsoever, it could be worth over $10,000.00. Most will fall in the $75 -$150 category. Do a search on ebay and compare notes of similar quality that ALSO have the same signatures as your bill. Good luck!

The value depends on the series (date) and condition. For a specific answer, ask about a specific note.
Retail is 5 to 10 dollars depending on how worn it is
Depends on which series and what condition it is in. A series 1957 could range from $1.25 to $10. A series 1899 would be $100 or more, possibly much more if in high condition.
