On a bank statement, "SGT" typically stands for "service charge," indicating a fee charged by the bank for account maintenance or other services. This charge may vary based on the account type or specific banking services used. It's important to review these charges to understand any fees associated with your account. If you have questions about a specific charge, contacting your bank for clarification is advisable.

I was also wondering the same thing. As far as I gathered it's only good for a FHA loan which is crap to us Veterans who don't need a down payment. i just started to try and get pre-approved for both the see which way i would come out better. Hope this helped. Sgt. Corey Klingman www.AuPREMEX.com

2 days ago 'carter Phillips a stockport' took 300 pounds from my mum's account actually it looked like somebody had her card and took the money out but she had it with her Anyone know what is it?

Anyplace that your mother used her card could be a suspect place. anyone from the clerk at the store to a waitress could get the card information and use it. there are several ways it happens from just writing down the card number to scanning the card and duplicating it. the latter is more complex and unlikely, but not to be dismissed. more than likely I would look at a restaurant for a rouge waitress/waiter. The restaurant's to watch are the ones where you have to actually give them your credit or debit card. It is best to ask the waiter/waitress if you can go to their register, especially if the staff person is someone your not use too. hope this helps. Sgt.
