Pull factors are encouraging factors, they are:
1. Desire to do something.
2. Need for independence.
3. Availability of finance.
4. Concessions and subsidies given by the govt.
Push factors are compelling factors, they are:

Usually entrepreneurs are self-motivated. However, not all entrepreneurs are not motivated until they are doing what they enjoy. Entrepreneurs make the best of each experience and try to improve... if you can't find a better way to do something, why do it? Entrepreneurs are also usually very good at networking, which is an exciting experience, and is key for acquiring capital (:D). hopefully this helped!
This is a very loaded question, with not just one answer. One of the solutions I see is women helping other women. Women who are successful business women already can really make a difference in helping budding women entrepreneurs.

I prefer motivational videos with a voice over, and with good music that inspires me to be the best person I can be. There are also some really great motivational quotes by famous entrepreneurs, which I find to be uplifting and inspiring as well. But in general, any type of video or quote should work if they make you feel motivated.
Some of the most famous women entrepreneurs in the world include Mary Kay Ash, Estee Lauder, Jenna Jameson, Debbi Fields, Anita Roddick, and Coco Chanel.
The average yearly salary of a motivational speaker can vary widely depending on factors such as experience, expertise, reputation, and demand. However, in general, motivational speakers can earn anywhere from $30,000 to $100,000 or more annually. Top motivational speakers who are well-known and in high demand can earn significantly more.
I would have to say there are more male entrepreneurs then women but as far as quality I have not seen any real difference. I do believe there are more men because they are not quite as afraid to take risk But I see no difference in quality.
