Employers must file W2's by January 31. If an employer fails to meet the deadline they will be fined a $50 penalty on top of additional penalties of not filing a W2 properly.
HR of your employer. They will then send you a mail or call that your check is already available for pick-up.
Common practice is to give W-2 to employees at the workplace. If the employee is unavailable due to business travel, vacation, etc, then it is acceptable to mail the W-2 to the employee.

Yes I believe they are governmant employees
with great difficulty if you dont have the proper identificaion!!! Added; If you are not the spouse or an IMMEIDATE family member the employer will probably not turn over the paycheck to anyone. You can notify the employer of the circumstances and they MIGHT mail it to the employees address of record, but they are not required to.
Your employer owns the policy, you don't. Your coverage may last until the end of month, or may end on the last day of your employment. If you employer has more than 20 employees you should be eligible for Cobra. You will get paper work in the mail to apply, however Cobra is going to be expensive. An individual policy, if you are eligible, will cost significantly less. Call a local agent for a quote, and assistance in applying.
Yes they canAnother View: The situation is not clear-cut. The employer may NOT open clearly personal mail addressed to an employee. However, if the mail is addressed to you BY YOUR TITLE OR POSITION within the company, they may open it.If the employer has a problem with the employee receiving personal mail at work, they may discipline them according to company policy, but they may NOT open, or withhold, that persons personal mail. That is a violation of federal law (US Postal Regulations - "Intercepting the US Mail Addressed To Another").

Only your employer, Diversicare, can provide this information. Be aware that not all companies make W-2s available online. You usually receive it in your hand or by mail by January 31.
Provided the e-mail is indeed from the employer, yes. If you are unsure, it will do no harm to ring the employer to confirm receipt of the e-mail and ask them when you are to start.
what behavior is prohibited. Include specific direction related to appropriate e-mail and Internet use. Inform all employees that all messages sent, received, or stored in the e-mail system are business property.
Nope. Preventing mail from getting to the addressee is a federal offence - unless they are incarcerated.. Above is incorrect. Mail addressed to an employee at a place of business is the property of the business. The employee has no claim or right to it. The employer can do anything he wants with it. (And most companies have policies you agree to saying you wioll not use the company services for personal matters....and if you do, it is even possible to be charged with criminal theft of services). Even in a personal setting, US mail, while it is in the controll of the US postal service, which includes your mail box, has protection. However, after that, once you take it from the box and put it on your kitchen table, or if you allow someone else to retrieve it, it is no longer protected what happens to it happens to it.
They would have to mail the as-fault person a letter and so they would comply. And if the do not comply, further legal actions will have to take place.
