A full page ad in the January 2010 issue of Home Business....lots of words, no facts, references, etc...also no searches turn it up - if it was legit, a decent search engine would find it.
It's a scam. JNS in Chino Hills CA says if you send $19.95 (cash or money order only - definitely a big clue screaming "scam") to cover shipping/handling/marketing costs, he will send the form to you; the form, the ad says, is free - you're just paying for shipping, etc. You also have to send, with the $19.95, a book of 20 first class stamps so he can share the "secret" with 20 others....additional copies of the form are $5 each (like I couldn't just make copies on my own?)
I guess if you fill out this "Special Form" & send it back - and you need to include proof of your birthday with a valid driver's license or state ID (so, you'd be paying for him to basically steal your identity) - you get $25,000. NOT!
A huge scam, don't buy it!!
