first one of your Pokemon needs to know surf other wise you can make a choice of using a bike and a repel to go in when you go in the foggy cave you go strate to the path(to get it less confuseing your starly staravia or staraptor should know the move defog you get it from the cave in solceon town )use repel and bike ride all the way to the other sidethen there will be a cave entrens again then go up and you can go in a cave andget some items then go ut and go left i think then go to the exit then if you are in the snowy area then you need to battle some people then once you went to the blizzared part you have to try and ind a pokeball and it has a hm rock climb you can not use it until you have 7 badges then when you past the blizzared then go a little bit more and snow point city
