What is incourcing?

I think you made a spelling slip and that you meant 'insourcing'.

Insourcing when a company takes a decision to make a product (usually a part of a product, like a seat for a motor car) rather than looking for and engaging another, separate company to make it for them. Its opposite is 'outsourcing'.
