There are no legal attire requirements that I know of. Some Insurance Companies may have a dress code for their agents. In my opinion the agents attire should be professional and yest should also be dictated by the market the agent serves. In other words, one should dress in an appropriate manner conducive to promoting a good relationship with the client

It may not be a good idea to market insurance products to a farmer while in 3 piece suite and tie. At the same time one would likely not be successful in marketing an insurance product to an executive or an administrator while dressed in jeans. Let the market dictate the attire.
