I think avco was bought out by citi bank about 10-12 years ago
Avco Financial Services was a wholly owned subsidiary of Textron. It was not performing to Textron expectations and was sold to the highest bidder, Associates of Dallas, Texas. Then Associates was purchased by CitiBank. End of story.
No Citi is not part of Capital one, no connection whatsoever.
Avco got bought by GE. Still in the NAB building in Sydney i think
Yes, Citibank will allow funds to be transfered between accounts. This is a pretty basic banking transaction and all banks should allow it to be done.
Apparently not. Strangely, Intuit's Mint lists Citibank Mortgage as a supported financial connection and will track your balance, but Quicken has said that you'll need to set up a loan for your mortgage and track your payments manually. Qucken does not download to loan accounts.
