I don't have access to real-time data or forecasts beyond October 2023. However, predicting the FTSE index involves analyzing various factors, including economic indicators, corporate earnings reports, and geopolitical events. For the most accurate and up-to-date forecasts, it's best to consult financial news sources or market analysts who can provide insights based on current market conditions.
FTSE 250 is the top 250 companies in terms of their market value. The index is called the FTSE (Financial Times Stock Exchange), this is a composite of the top companies that are publicly traded (ie anyone can buy and sell shares) in the United Kingdom. This is based on the market price and volume of each company.
I'm sorry, but I cannot provide real-time data or updates, including the latest closing figures for the FTSE 100. For the most accurate and current information, please check a financial news website or a stock market app.

It's a subtle difference in how the words are used. Aggregation means putting things together. Composition means the discrete things which have been put together. You could ask "what is the composition of the ftse 100?" And the answer would be a list of companies. The question "what is the aggregation of the ftse" doesn't make sense. The ftse 350 is the aggregate of the ftse 100 and the ftse 250. It is composed of the ftse 100 and the ftse 250. A fund which tracked the ftse 350 might have the same composition as a fund which tracked the ftse 100 and the ftse 250

The FTSE Futures Market trades a veritable cornucopia of stocks. The most popular items traded at FTSE include many different commodities and stock options.
As of October 2023, there are 100 companies listed on the FTSE 100 index, which represents the largest publicly traded companies on the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, the FTSE 250 index includes 250 mid-cap companies, bringing the total number of firms across these two indices to 350. For a broader view, the FTSE All-Share Index encompasses around 600 companies, including those in the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250. The exact number of listed companies can fluctuate due to changes such as new listings or delistings.
The minimum amount needed to invest in the FTSE 100 can vary depending on the brokerage you choose and the specific investment vehicle. Generally, you can start investing in an ETF or mutual fund tracking the FTSE 100 with as little as £100 to £1,000, depending on the fund's minimum investment requirements. Directly purchasing shares of FTSE 100 companies will require enough capital to buy at least one share of each company, which can vary significantly in price. Always check specific brokerage fees and minimum investment amounts before proceeding.
