Your bill was actually part of a 1902 series that was printed as late as 1929. 1924 may be the date that the issuing bank received its charter.
Unfortunately there are so many varieties among these bills that it's almost impossible to make a sight-unseen value estimate. Most dealers and appraisers recommend that the bill be brought in so it can be inspected in person.
