The Pikachu Illustrator card is expensive because it is rare and highly sought after by collectors. It was only given out as a prize in a specific Japanese competition in 1998, making it extremely limited in quantity. This rarity, combined with its unique design and historical significance, contributes to its high value in the trading card market.
So the card can have your information on it.
A MasterCard cash card, or debit card as it is more commonly called, is a pre-paid card by MasterCard. It is used so you do not overspend like you could with a credit card.

A pre-paid cash card is similar to a debit card. The difference is - a debit card is linked to a bank account, whereas a prepaid cash card is not. In order to use a prepaid card, you have to 'load' it with money. You hand the card and your cash to a retailer - and they process the payment so it's transferred electronically onto the card. You can only use the card so long as you have sufficient credit. When you run low - simply 'top-up' the card again.
NOTHING, but its extremely rare. If you get one, it is worth 20,000 dollars to 50,000 dollars. Only six were ever made. It was a little art contest was in Japan for kids. The 2 best drawers got their picture on a Pokemon card. They were given to kids as a reward so they're probably in very bad condition.
well there are only 6 ever made and i saw one sell for over 20k so i think youll only get it for a lot of money
There are multiple first edition Pikachu cards so it depends which one you're reffering to. If you are reffering to the Base set Pikachu (no error, yellow cheeks) it commonly goes for around $5-$10 in mint condition, but if you find the right buyer they have sold for over $100. If you are reffering to the rare Jungle promo card with an error ("Ivy Pikachu"): Ivy PIkachu was a rare promo card that got a first edition promo symbol. THese are very rare and have a going price of around $60. If you are reffering to the Jungle Pikachu (no error, not promo) it goes for $2-$5 mint and around $30 if PSA certified.
Yes, although it is rare and so difficult to find.
maybe I remember seeing it on google images.
The foil cards are the rarest, so if you get Oddie as a foil card, it is rare.
Because some of the Pokemon cards/ Pikachu cards won't put that Pichu is the evolved form of Pikachu. The Pokemon cards that have Pikachu on them are mostly old and Pichu wasn't made back in the Kanto or Johto Region. If you have a Raichu card look at the card and you'll see a picture of Pikachu then you'll know what I mean.
it is pretty rare I heard Pokemon card companies only make so many
I don't think there is a specific patch of grass that you will always find a Pikachu in, but there are specific patches of grass that are more likely to have a Pikachu. In Red, it's the farthest patch to the left, and for Blue it's farthest to the right. I said MORE likely, but they still are really rare, so don't get your hopes up. Hope i helped.
Search in Viridian forest and the power plant for one. They are pretty rare, so don't give up after searching for a few seconds.
Viridian Forest and the Power Plant, but it's rare, so keep looking if you don't find one right away.
There isnt one god dang itThe rarest card is the Prerelease Raichu. When the company was putting the little "Prerelease" stamp on the Holo Jungle Clefables (Also fairly rare) they accidentally stuck in about 8 Holo Raichus from the base set. Once the error was discovered, the Raichus were removed and given to Nintendo executives. No one else has obtained these cards, and for years they even denied the existence of them.Of the cards that are obtainable, the rarest are probably the other prerelase cards (All with that stamp) the black star promo cards, and special releases like the Southern Island Set, the Pikachu World Set, the E3 Pikachus, and Imakuni's Doduo. There's also a trainer card called Tropical Wind that was given out as a promo for various tournaments. The card itself isn't too rare, but the ones that have a stamp reading "Staff" "Semi-Finals" etc. are pretty hard to obtain. There was a contest a long time ago asking people to design their own Pokemon card. The 6winners were give a card called the Pikachu Illustrator. The text says something along the lines of "For recognition of being an excellent Illustrator" and has no actual effect (so it can't be used in battles) but it's still very rare. Probably second, only to the Prerelease Raichu.
