the answer is stock
When a stock splits, one stock becomes two. People that own the stock can see the value of their stock for the company double.

Syndol is a specific combination pain relief medication that may not be widely available in Spanish pharmacies. While some pharmacies might stock it, it's more common to find similar products containing paracetamol, ibuprofen, or other pain relievers. It's advisable to consult with a local pharmacist for recommendations on equivalent medications.
Paramol for tension headaches
Syndol contains codeine, which is a controlled substance due to its potential for misuse and addiction. In some countries, there may be stricter regulations on the sale of medications containing codeine, leading to limitations on availability. Additionally, supply chain issues or manufacturer limitations can also contribute to Syndol being difficult to find in chemists.
II I phoned the manufacturer of syndol, Reckitt & Benkister, and they said that this second time of unavailability is due to the tablets content having to be overseen by the MHRA, and not a licensing issue as was the case last time.
