Do you mean for example after running for a while?
Generally, after you have been exercising at a moderate to high intensity for a while your body begins to work anaerobically to provide the energy, which means it doesn't use oxygen. This causes lactic acid to build up in the muscles which causes fatigue. You will find that after intense exercise you will be breathing heavily. This is because the body is trying to repay the oxygen debt by working aerobically (using oxygen) again, and the oxygen helps to break down the lactic acid that had built up in the muscles. This is why it is important to do a light aerobic cool down after exercise, otherwise your legs will probably still be sore from the lactic acid the next day.

So they use the less tired legs for support
Your legs gave out because they became too tired or weak to support your body weight, causing you to lose balance and fall.
Because your legs are working at a faster pace than they would if it was a slow walk.
You might need to check your nutrition because lots of people over look this problem.. also you need to do sprintsand run everyday!

Yes they do. They have that burst of speed like a sprinter in the Olympics but not the stamina and endurance like a marathon runner.
Your legs won't get tired and you have better chances than most of getting into the Paralympics.
Because your legs will hurt and you'll feel tired
