YES, as in all cases the "juice must be worth the squeeze." In my professional opinion I believe Snap-On Credit has ramped up their efforts in collecting larger debts from unwilling debtors. Mostly large unpaid balances on big ticket items. In most cases the product is being used by the debtor; to make money in order to pay bills outside of the actual item that earns their living.
