No, it's too expensive to transport one to an aquarium, where they might die. Some sharks have trouble in captivity. Also, they grow slowly, so it could significantly effect a population in the wild because it would take awhile to replace.

Yes, they have showed signs of agressive behaviour towards humans. They are very curious, and normally not agressive, however not safe swimming around.
