Ha! Neon Tetras are expensive fish food. So yes, and quite the snack i must add
Tetras are freshwater fish.
Yes. Tetras, guppies and angelfish can coexist in one fish tank. Keep in mind that Angel fish will get territorial when they are mating.
Depending on their sizes, yes.
angel fish can eat neon tetras is the simple answer, but i have angel fish and neon tetras in the same tank and the angel fish does not bother the neons, although this may be because the angel fish is not full grown yet so it is a 50% chance
Yes. Fast enough to hunt tetras, in fact.

The freshwater Angelfish is a typical Amazonian cichlid. It shows great intelligence. They will co-operate with other Angelfish and hunt in a pack when chasing small fish like Neon Tetras to eat.
Some of the most common species of freshwater tropical fish are guppies, various tetras, platies, swordtails (a relative of platies), various corydoras catfish, various species of plecostomus, and angelfish.
Community fish. In other words, fish that get along with others and are not agressive. If you go to the Pet Store and ask they will surely help you out.
It depends on what kind of fish is nipping his fins. If it's another angelfish that is larger than him, i would move him to another tank, and feed him extra, until they are the same size. i breed angelfish and have had to do this several times. if it's some other fish, such as tetras or tiger barbs, the best thing you can do is move one or the other. Angel fish can't really be kept with tetras or barbs, because the barbs think that the angelfish's fins look tasty. the angelfish will be much happier without the offending fish.
Saltwater stingrays would never come in contact with neon tetras, and if you were to try to put them in the same tank then one would die because it would be in the wrong type of water. So, saltwater stingrays do not eat neon tetras. On the other hand, there are freshwater types of stingrays. Those stingrays are able to live in freshwater and require very similar water temperature as the neon tetra. But, freshwater stingrays have a venomous stinger, and there is a risk that they could breed and populate the local lakes and rivers. That poses a great danger to people who use the lakes for recreation. So, in the United States it is usually illegal to buy a freshwater stingray. So, freshwater stingrays might eat neon tetras, but its illegal to obtain them, so you probably wont ever have to worry about your neon tetra being eaten by a freshwater stingray.
Ghost shrimp and tetras are generally compatible in a freshwater aquarium. However, tetras may sometimes nip at the shrimp, so it's important to monitor their behavior and provide hiding spots for the shrimp. Overall, with proper care and monitoring, these two species can coexist peacefully in the same tank.
