You really can't take after a great white shark unless you are with a team of people who work in an aquarium and know what they are doing. Even they can't, well at least for a long time. Great white sharks are one of the many sharks that are hard to keep in captivity. As much as it stinks to not be able to see them in an aquarium to often or for too long, that's just the way it is.
Victini is the only one that may be able to learn it, but as of now, no Pokemon can learn it. It's unfortunate.
All you do is get one, then teach it to a Pokemon that is able to learn it.
There are two new games coming out along with two new forms of kyurem. White kyurem is speculated to be able to learn ice burn, Black kyurem is speculated to be able to learn freeze shock
Technically, this move is hidden within the game and so NO pokemon can learn it, including kyurem. However, it is highly speculated that kyurem will be able to learn it in Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2.
yes dolphins are able to kill a shark so therfore they are big enemies of sharks.
All sharks have hearts. If they didn't, they wouldn't be able to survive because no blood would be able to pump through their bodies.
None. All sharks reproduce sexually.

Artificial selection (or selective breeding) describes intentional breeding for certain traits, or combination of traits. The way to breed pigeons with large beaks is to find pigeons with large beaks of both sexes and mate them and then not allow breeding for pigeons without large beaks. You may also be able to genetically engineer pigeons so that they have large beaks.
