Can a guppie be with a mixed fruit tetra?

Provided you have enough room for them they should be OK although Bettas like their water abit warmer than guppies. The basic rules for sucessfull fishkeeping are. 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water. (A betta needs at least 3 gallons and a guppy at least 1 gallon so you would need at least a 5 gallon tank) :- Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. :- Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week. If you stick to those rules your fish will stand a chance provided you also keep them at the right temperature and feed them the right foods. If you fail in any of the above I can guarantee that your fish will be constantly getting sick and dying before they should.

I ave quit a few fancy guppies mixed with cory catfish and zebra/fruit tetra. The only issue I have seen between them is that the tetra will chase the guppy fry around the tank when they are very tiny. They leave the kind of small to normal size guppies alone normally so yes, you can out them in the same tank.

yes they can unless you have at least a ten gallon tank with a lot of hiding places for them. but try not to get a male guppy with a large tale or the betta will be intimidated by that and will kill it

No, the Siamese fighting fish (Betta's) would kill the guppy, they are highly vicious.
