It is generally not recommended to keep a betta fish with glofish, as bettas are known for their territorial and aggressive behavior, especially towards brightly colored fish, which can trigger their aggression. While some bettas may tolerate glofish, the risk of injury to either fish is high. If you do decide to house them together, ensure a spacious tank with plenty of hiding spots and monitor their behavior closely. Always be prepared to separate them if aggression occurs.
No it doesn't hurt them it's just about the same and they can eat the same food as Betta too. But i'm not sure for the other way around with Glofish conditioner. Be careful with that Betta though mine killed one :P
When a jellyfish chemical is put into zebra diano eggs. tadaa. a glofish!
you can put a betta in a 54 gallon tank
Do not, no matter what put a goldfish and a betta together unless you want the goldfish to die!!!
put it in a tank with another male betta
what eles can you put with a betta
Glofish were created in 2004.
I have a pleco and a Glofish together.
You could put platies, tetras, corydoras, oto cats, guppies (non-fancy), danios (glofish), shrimp, snails, mollies, swordtails, barbs, rasboras, and African dwarf frogs. I would not recommend putting goldfish with Betta fish. Goldfish are carp, so they get pretty big. They also can give out large amounts of ammonia. Goldfish are also coldwater, and betta fish tropical, so they won't mix well.
Do not put any sharp angular things in the tank and do not put another type of fish in your betta's tank.
No glofish are a patented strain of zebra danios and its illegal to sell, trade, or even purposely breed glofish.
A Glofish is a genetically modified zebrafish that has been transformed with a fluorescence gene, causing them to exhibit bright, neon colors under certain lighting conditions. These fish are popular in the aquarium trade for their vibrant appearance.
