It is better to pour water into flasks/bottles and leave it for a few days. Then you can pour it into your aquarium. But be careful not to disturb the sand or whatever you have at the bottom of the aquarium and also that the poured water is approximately the same temperature as the water already inside the bowl.
I do that with my fish.
... Of course, if your question concerned making fish drink the water, I think they won't mind whichever you use ;)
... And if you wanted to eat the fish, I guess you won't mind whichever water you use :)
Hope this helps.
well i haven't done that but when i clean out my tank i put my fish in a clear glass cup with water.

You can put it right in with your fish if you like! As long as you put the recommended amount in, the water will automatically diffuse the solution.
put the live fish in a bag filled with water and change the tank then put the fish back in.
No, it is not safe to put bottled water in a fish tank as it may contain chemicals or minerals harmful to the fish. It is recommended to use dechlorinated tap water or water specifically designed for fish tanks.
The fish will get sick and die.
Put it in a bowl of water with a lid on it and place it in the freezer. The fish basically goes to sleep, and dies as the water freezes.
put in to water to attract fish
Well, that depends on what type of fish they are. Just like fresh water fish cannot survive in salt water, fish which had lived in hot water cannot live in cold water.
