Most of the Hydrophilidae or water beetles are to small to bite, but the larger species might bite you, like beetles from the genus Dytiscus.
Here are some facts about angelfish:They eat other fish. They can bite you. They can camouflage. There are over 100 different species of marine angelfish "but" only 1 type of freshwater. They have different colors and they also have animal prints. They are a popular fish kept in tropical fish Aquariums.
Well, the guppies might nip the angelfish's fins, which, in return, would cause the angelfish to chase and possibly eat them. The angelfish would terrorize the danios and tetras by chasing them. Quick side note: if you are planning on keeping a platy, I really wouldn't keep one! They're quite social fish, and they like to be in small groups. Basically, the angelfish will chase any small fish. The biggest problem you will encounter with this aquarium setup is the fight between the angelfish and the betta. I know from experience-I kept an angelfish and a betta together in a tank myself, and the betta ended up dying. The angelfish will nip the betta's fins, and the betta will nip the angelfish's. They will chase each other and bite a lot. My betta had fin rot and died because the angelfish had caused the fin rot to grow due to the fact that she had torn off all of his fins. I would definitely rethink this aquarium setup.
If you tried to handle it, there is always that chance. But more likely it would use its talons rather than bite.
The emperor Angelfish has special adaptations that have helped it succeed in its environment. One of the adaptations is the bright color and also has the ability to emit poison for its protection.
yes their pretty feisty and they can bite rather hard too
Yes they do.
Yes! If it has a mouth big enough it will bite people...
Roaches are not poisonous. The only way to die from a roach bite would be if the bite got badly infected. Just wash the bite with soap and water and you should be fine.
