Maybe. Great Whites and Penguins usually dont inhabit the same seas. But, if given an opportunity, a great white can and will happily eat a penguin. I believe that if it could jump high enough it would. I personally have never seen it done, but i have seen great whites jump very high out of the water to catch a seal.
