No. This is a common miscomception. Fish need to move to filter water through they're lungs to get Oxygen. But Sharks gills contract and expand to draw water in and can remain motionless, and healthy like Nurse Sharks.
bulll sharks need to move so they stay a live
No all sharks must constantly move to live
If sharks did not move then they would die, when they move its like they are breathing, I know we dont do it but they are sharks ya know xD
i have black finned sharks and they chase each other constantly!! i wouldn't think anything of it being that sharks are very active aquarium animals and are constantly moving and playing.
YES
Sharks do not have the ability to pump water across their gills, therefore they need to continue swimming to move water across their gills so they can breath
The lemon sharks move by using their tail fin and by using their dorsal fins!!!!!
Sharks cannot stop moving because they always need oxygen flowing through their gills. Unlike other fish, who are able to "pulse" their gills in order to keep water and oxygen flowing through their gills, sharks are unable to do so and therefore have to keep swimming.
They move by waving their dicks
Yes, white sharks have gills that allow them to extract oxygen from water, which is how they breathe underwater. They need to constantly swim to ensure a flow of water over their gills for oxygen exchange.
they move there fins and muscles to move in the water!
Yes, they move slowly but constantly. Faster during earthquakes.
