No guppies do not have milk glands,

guppies are fed with an embryo sac when they are in the females womb. Once they hatch they still have the embryo sac for two to three weeks. Once that has been depleted they are normally big enough to eat on foods as large as 1000 microns, which normally consist of live plants, and micro algae.
