I have sampled fish for many years. I just moved to ricola Peru recently to test this new fish found while a man was deep water fishing. You can tell if its a good fish just by the looks of it. If it has a gew like substance coming off of it i would say lets stay away but any thing other than that i can say that is pretty good.
