all you really need is a tank (duhh) gravel or rocks, filter, light, lid for light, plants (fake or real), and last of all the fish <><.

first thing is to clean your tank with some water to get rid of all the dust. Next you need to clean your gravel. How you do that is put them in a bucket add water and just run your hand around it a couple of times after that remove the water and add them to the tank. Now u need to fill up the tank half way with water, now you start add plants and rocks or what ever your adding to it. now fill it up all the way and add the chemicals. add the filter and let it run for 24 hours before you start adding fish into the tank. when you let it run for 24 hrs when u get the fish place the fish bag in the tank and let it sit for 10 min to get water temp same then let the fishes free.
