Females are larger (around 2 inches) and basically grey in colour and their anal fin is triangular. Males are smaller (around 1.5 inches) have many colours, and their anal fin is pointed.
Males have longer, more colorful fins, females can be smaller.
The Gravid female will have the dark "gravid spot" in front of her vent. I can however assure you that if there has been a male in the same tank with a female guppy for any reasonable length of time she will be gravid.
there is not much difference but it is actually not called a fancy guppy its called a fancy tailed guppies because they have beautiful tails but beware if you have a male and female guppy or fancy tail guppy in the same tank the female will get pregnant and after the babies are born you must separate them or most of the babies will be eaten but beware the babies you can hardly see.
what is the difference between a male coyoted and a female coyoted
All that is needed is a male guppy in with her.
It might want to mate with it.
Your male guppy is female and with child.
The difference is that a female has a white bottom and a male does not.
yes there are. that is how they get mates.
If the fish has a "GONOPODIUM" it is definitely a male.
