To bake large catfish fillets, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the fillets on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish, and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). For added flavor, you can season the fillets before baking, and consider broiling them for the last few minutes for a crispy top.
About 18 minutes wrapped in foil
For every half-inch of thickness, bake the fillets for about 4-6 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes with a fork. You probably want to bake them around 450 degrees fahrenheit.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes in oven. Bake another 6-10 minutes uncovered until fish flakes.
About 10-15 mins..I leave mine uncovered because I soak it in marinade
To achieve optimal tenderness and juiciness, bake a large chicken breast in the oven at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
It depends on the catfish. if it is a small catfish ( 1-5 inches) sometimes the angelfish will try to eat it. if it is a medium sized catfish (6-9inches) you will be fine. BUT if you get a large catfish (10 inches and over) it will terrorize your angelfish by nipping at the angelfishes fins and if big enough will eat it. some of the catfish you can mix is a Cory catfish, Redtail catfish, upside down catfish and rubber lip catfish but that is all. Another thing is you should get the fish when they are young because angelfish are territorial. one last thing is that to mix the two fish you should get a tank 25 gallons or over or they will be too crammed and die even though 25 gallons is pretty large angelfish can grow up to 10 inches and all of the catfish that can mix can grow up to 7 inches
I normally back my lasagna for about an hour at 350 to 425

The catfish commonly found in the Seine River in Paris is the European catfish, also known as the wels catfish (Silurus glanis). This species can grow quite large and is known for its distinctive long body and whisker-like barbels. It has adapted well to various freshwater environments, including the Seine, where it has become a popular target for anglers.
