The 4x2x2 is the external measurement, so we need to account for the glass.... your glass is probably about 3/4 of an inch thick. This is on 5 sides (not the top, obviously
This means your tank internally (it the empty space you can put water in) is about
3.875 x 2.875 x 2.933 feet
Which is about 14 cubic feet, or about 400 litres of water. Remember that your fish, ornaments, sand, filters etc all take up some of this space, so your 4x2x2 probably holds somewhere between 350 and 390 litres of water when full.
A tank of at least 100 ltrs is needed to spawn angelfish successfully. Then you will need a few more tanks of similar size to raise the youngsters in. The basic rules of fishkeeping always apply. They are :- 1 inch (2.5 cm) of fish needs at least 1 gallon (3.5 ltrs) of water. :- Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week.
per ltr Rs.5 to Rs7, for eg: 1000 ltrs tank cost of Rs.5000 average.

Your tank is far too small for keeping goldfish. The resident fish will try to kill any other fish that you add because it knows that it will die if other fish are in with it. A single goldfish grows to around 10 inches and needs at least 10 gallons (22.5 ltrs) of water to survive. When you take into consideration the fact that your tank is not filled to the top so it will probably only be holding around 20 ltrs the goldfish (Blackmoor) is already stressed.
Dpends on the material of the tank and its size.
