Clownfish thrive in warm, tropical climates, typically found in water temperatures ranging from 74°F to 84°F (23°C to 29°C). They prefer shallow, coastal waters, often residing in coral reefs where they can find protection and symbiotic relationships with sea anemones. Maintaining stable salinity levels and good water quality is also essential for their health.
i think you would need a medium tank for your fish.
of coourse they need friends
They both need oxygen to survive.
Very little. Every 4 days, they need 6 milograms of light.
Unfortunately there isn't any clown fish (Nemo) look alike that exists. The closest you may get with something stripey that is fresh water (but they are black & orange) would be a clown loach, but they need very large tanks (at least a 75 gallon) as they grow pretty big, and they are a more advanced hobbyist fish.
as me it dose not need it.
Simple answer is " No they do not need salt." Clown Loach (Botia macrocantha) are however a large fish and like to be kept in groups (schools) so they need a large aquarium.
Clown fish drink water. Clown fish are a fish that live in salt waters of the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

A- i would go there marine fish are SOFT!!! you wont need to change the water and everything. you cant get a fish called 'clown loaches' which arent tropical and they don't eat snails too!! B- i wouldn't go there marine fish are HARD !! you will need to change the water and everything. you can get a fish called 'clown loaches' which are tropical and the eat snails too !!
No Clown fish are good with guppies although it is possible to keep clown loaches (Botia macrocantha) and Guppies together for a while. Don't forget though that Botias are shoaling fish so they should be kept in groups. They also grow to around 14inches long so need a large tank.
They are both Tropical and Marine. They need to be kept at 70F and they also need sea water.
yes, at least with some types of crabs. clowns will do well with hermit crabs, though I'm unsure with other varieties. clown fish naturally live with crabs, but they may need an anemone if it is a particularly aggressive crab.
