I highly doubt that'll ever happen. But if it does, I guess it leaves more fish for dolphins, rays, and whales. Plus fisherman always get a ton of fish...literally.
the producers would decrease in population as the herbivores which the sharks would have ate, would grow in population.

Sharks primarily eat consumers, such as fish, seals, and other marine animals, rather than producers like plants or algae. Producers are at the base of the food chain and convert sunlight into energy, which is then consumed by herbivores and subsequently by carnivores like sharks. While sharks may indirectly rely on producers by consuming herbivores that eat them, they do not eat producers directly.
Sharks became extinct during the epic battle of the sea to decide which of the two mammals TRUELY ruled the seas between the sharks and the dolphins. The sharks were no match for the dolphin's almighty power which caused the sharks to all die off as the dolphin leader conquered all the sharks till they became extinct.
No, sharks are not herbivores. They are carnivorous predators that primarily feed on other fish, seals, and marine mammals.
Manatee, Dugong, Sea Urchin, Sea Slug, and more... not sharks they are carnivores.
Sharks primarily consume carnivorous prey, but some species, like the whale shark, are filter feeders that consume small herbivorous organisms. They can ingest planktonic algae and small fish that feed on phytoplankton. Additionally, in certain ecosystems, sharks may eat sea turtles and other plant-eating marine creatures, but these instances are less common. Overall, sharks are predominantly carnivorous and do not typically eat herbivores directly.
Pacific sleeper shark (Somniosus pacificus) is thought to be both a predator and a scavenging carnivore.
Sharks are still in existence, while dinosaurs became extinct long ago.
Crush and Squirt are the only two actual ones, as far as I can tell. It could be argued that, technically, the sharks are herbivores, because they refuse to eat fish. Though the logic of that is hardly sound. It's still, as far as I can tell, the closest you can get to having 3 herbivores in the movie. So are the sea turtles although it really depends on the species of sea turtles
