Any answer to this question will be an opinion and biased toward that person's beliefs. The aquarium industry is facing some difficult times and many conservation groups and animal rights activists are lobbying for from a severe limit on importation and deportation of fish and all animals all the way to a ban. There are many opposing factions as well trying to keep the pet industry from being hindered. Local regions open, close and limit catching and deportation of species as needed to help ensure a healthy population and many of the small rural communities heavily rely on the animal industry to keep their villages and communities feed and funded. There is an internal movement within the aquatic community that deals primarily in tank raised specimens and tank farmed corals, but this can cause a severe limitation on the strands and more mutations will occur due to the removal of natural predators and the wild claiming unfit specimens and the concentration of the bloodline.
