The '5AC' Drop chance is 5%
The 'Special Items' are not one definate percentage because the items will only be available from Ballyhoo for a short amount of time and then will be taken out of the game. One of the Items you could get from Ballyhoo was the Bloodbringer Sword, it had a 1% Chance of drop from Ballyhoo. It has been taken out of the game.
