This can be answered in various ways. I'll interpret this as "what kinds of tricks fish can do," and try to answer the best I can.

It is mistakenly and commonly assumed that fish are unintelligent animals that are not capable of learning tricks. This is completely untrue. Fish are most encouraged and motivated by incentives, and the biggest and most powerful incentive you could offer is food.

For example, if you would like to teach your fish how to jump through a hoop, you could place the hoop in your tank/bowl/aquarium and wait until the fish jumps through it. When the fish does, feed it.

However, you do not want to overfeed your fish, so limit your training sessions to one or two a day.

There are also different kinds of tricks you can teach your fish.

One kind that is different from performing is simply reacting.

That sounds confusing and a little stupid at first, but it is not. Getting your fish to react to a certain action is very rewarding and is a huge accomplishment unto itself.

One way you could do this is set a fixed feeding time, and everyday, right before you feed them, produce a sound that is easy to comprehend and sticks in your head. A whistle, for instance, would be a very potent and good material to use. If you feed your fish at six o'clock, wait until six o'clock, go over by the aquarium, and gently blow on the whistle. Immediately drop in some food after you whistle. Do this everyday for as long as it takes your fish to immediately react once they hear the whistle.
