Well, that's just how they're made. And, did you know they are one of the top four most dangerous sharks? They're teeth are made for, and this may sound gross, but they're made for grinding up their prey quickly without letting any of it get away.

Look at his teeth, and look at his size and stature. All those are pretty good indicators as to his age.
It is possible for Bull Sharks to live in the Delaware River. The Bull Shark has the ability to live in fresh water and has been found in the Delaware River.
They were practically just made so he woudnt look weird to not have and teeth so it was just something to fill them in for and so he wouldnt have gaps in his teeth, but they werent for chewing. :)
