Yes, at least I have. The only fish that bothered the guppies was the red sailfin shark and tiger and rosy barbs, so I moved them to another tank.
Fish are not stupid. There is no chance that a Betta splendens would mistake a guppy for another Betta.
I just got my male betta and guppies.....The person that sold the guppies told me they would be fine together. After a few hours I checked on them and my 1 guppy had part of his tail gone.. So I put the betta in another tank....Can someone tell me why he did attack the guppy?????? I'm kinda new to the hole betta thing..
Guppy or a minnow or a betta
my friend show me guppy in her big aquarium
You can try to put Guppy fish in with your Betta fish. That would be one of the only fish that i would put in with my Betta fish. I say that because i have a Betta male and he is OKAY with guppies. the first guppy i put in his died to to getting picked on by him but the others did not, so just give him another chance if you decide to get guppies. Hope i helped!
It might, depends on what kind of Betta food you give it.
no because the betta will fight, hurt or maybe even kill the guppie
No.
Guppy's are popular tropical aquarium fish and don't have any legs.
Guppy
yes but it would need a heater as they are both tropical fish and you would need to change the water alot.
An aquarium or container that holds at least 1.5 gals of water with a heater/thermostat and filter, substrata, lights and plants.
