Backpulver - 1/2 package of backing powder 1 EL Kakaopulver - 1 tablespoon kakao - chocolate powder 125 ml Wasser, kaltes - 8 1/2 tablespoon cold water Fett für die Form - fat for the form Mix all ingredients - except the chocolate powder - together and fill 1/2 of the dough in the typical Gugelhupf form. Take a bit of the dough and stirr the chocolate powder in it. Put it on top of the light dough and cover the chocolate dough again with light dough. Bake it for around 50 minutes at 365°F.
