Absolutely not. Poisonous mushrooms are extremely dangerous and cooking does nothing to reduce the danger. If you pick wild mushrooms and don't know what you are doing, make sure you are with someone who does. The good thing is that it is fairly easy to learn about the main types of safe wild mushrooms and if you stick to them, you should not be at too much risk.
