1. crack however many eggs into a bowl.

2. whisk the eggs w/ either a fork or a whisk.

(optional) add a small drop of milk.

3. pore the eggs into a buttered frying pan.

4. when ready loosen the edges of the circular egg.

5. two minutes later fold the egg in half w/ your spatula.

6. add crushed pepper on top.

Serve w/ toast, home fries, bacon, and or breakfast sausage.
