1. Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour. Melt butter in the bottom of the baking pan. Add the pork chops and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Turn chops over and return to oven to bake 30 more minutes or until they are tender and browned.

2. Place pork chops in baking pan. Sprinkle on seasonings such as salt, pepper, lemon pepper, etc. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover and seal with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to an hour.
