*Eat healthier; try and eat your 5 a day, and also try slim down on your portion of food - not meaning give yourself a ridiculously small amount, but if you think you eat large amounts of food, then try slim down, or ask you friends/family if you seem to eat a large portion. Exercise obviously burns off fat, so try do at least an hour a day, not forgetting to drink plenty of water to stop causing dehydration. Try going cycling around your village, or running and explore new areas - instead of signing up to a gym, you can exercise for free, and the views are priceless! If you don't want to jump into running straight away, then you can always do exercise around the house, like jump to some music, or dance to the tv, whatever.
*If you smoke, STOP. Its bad for the environment, and its very bad for you! If you smoke a cigarette once a day for the rest of your life, your more likely to die 10 years earlier.
*If you drink excessively, make limits such as 3 glasses per night, then two, then one etc, or completely STOPdrinking alcohol for a while, then go down to small amounts.
