Here's a recipe for Four Cheese Macaroni. The ingredients would be:

  • 16 ounce elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Boil two liters of salt water in a pot. Put about 16 ounces of Macaroni in the pot and start cooking for 10 minutes. Get a strainer and remove the elbow macaroni and make sure you drain the excess water from the pasta. Return the pasta to the pot.

Put about 8 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and heat it. Now transfer the pasta to the saucepan and start stiring and see that it wont stand for more than 3 minutes. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup each of Cheddar cheese, Muenster cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese.

Next, preheat the oven to 175 degrees F and add 1/2 a cup of the cheese mixture, 8 ounces of cubed processed cheese food and 2 beaten eggs to the pasta.Mix and add 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. get a greased casserole dish and transfer the macaroni to it. Sprinkle a tablespoon of butter and the remaining cheese mixture. Put the dish inside the oven and start Baking for 30-40 minutes.
