While Viagra (sildenafil) may still be effective for a time after its expiration date, it is generally not recommended to use any medication past this date. The efficacy and safety of the drug cannot be guaranteed after expiration, and potential side effects may be more pronounced. It’s best to consult a healthcare professional for guidance on using expired medications. Always prioritize safety and effectiveness when considering medication use.
Ok...I do not want thunderbolts and lightening to strike me for saying this...but many drugs retain their efficacy and safety values past the expiration date....how far past this date is another question! The expiration date is a date that establishes a legal guarantee of safety and effectiveness. Some examples of drugs that are definitely NOT GOOD after the expiration date are nitroglycerin and antibiotics. How drugs are stored also play huge factors in whether they retain their "freshness" (even if they are not expired..like if you are storing allergy meds in your car and you live in Yuma, Arizona...duh.) If I were you, I would call my doctor and ask him/her....most doctors I know will tell me if I can still use something I find any hidden in a drawer after a couple of years (ok, once I asked about a sample that was 14 years old)... You can leave a message on the nurse's voice mail and ask if there are any dangerous side effects of expired Viagra.
I think its stamped on the top...
We had some 13 months past the expiry date but as it wasn't moldy or didn't smell bad we used it and it was fine. Our rule now for such stuff is "look and smell" if it looks alright and deosn't smell bad we use it !
before the experation date because it gets rotten easily
The expiration date on the package means that the medication must not be sold or dispensed after that date.Drug companies must set the expiration date far in advance of when the product's effectiveness might begin to deteriorate, taking into consideration the length of time it will take the buyer to use the product after it is purchased.
As far as I know ^^
It shouldn't be used at all past the expiration date. Take another look at the code date on the package. Shelf-stable canned items are generally marked with a 'sell by' or 'best if used by' date, not an expiration. The usability of the contents will depend upon how how far past expiration it has gone, how the product has been stored and handled and whether or not the seals are intact. Even food in perfectly-sealed cans will degrade over time. The date that the packer has placed on the container is a guide for when it should be used for best quality.
No, this is not true. If the can has not been opened. It will be good until you open the can, then it will start the time limit. Usually this food will stay good for up to a week after opening.
Not necessarily. There are a number of factors involved, including the type of sausage, packaging, storage and handling, and how far past the use-by date.
OK if you are 16 years old and your on a date the girl can be 14 or 15 years old to date you.
Viagra BY FAR YA
Depends how far after the expiration date, just a short time it is probably okay. One way to tell is if the color is faded, the flavor is weak and it doesn't really smell like it used to, it is time to throw it out. If it still smells strong, tastes like cinnamon and isn't faded it should still be good.
