Well, determine the volume of both pans. Divide the larger number by the smaller number. Multiply all of your ingredients by that product. Of course this gets infinitely easier if your measurements are metric.

Just times it by whatever... If your recipe serves 4, but you want it to serve 8, times it by 2. If you want it to serve 10, times it by 2.5...

It really depends on the recipe. Simply multiplying the ingredients does not always work.

no big secret. you just increase everything by 30% or a third or another way is to imagine a tenth of whatever you need and add three of those to you original amount.
