According to about.com: http://cocktails.about.com/od/cocktailrecipes/r/npleon_cktl.htm

* 2 oz gin * 1/2 oz Grand Marnier * 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge

According to 1001cocktails: http://www.1001cocktails.com/recipes/cocktails/recipe_cocktail.php?recette_cocktail=105654&recipe=napoleon

* 2 oz gin * 1/2 tsp orange liqueur * 1/2 tsp vermouth So, basically the same recipe, just substituting in brand names in the first example. There's a pretty big difference in proportions between half-ounces and half-teaspoons though, so it seems to be open to taste.
