Ice # Cut starfruit into cubes except for one slice that should be left in the shape of a star # Take a pestle a mortar an use the mortar to muddle starfruit and sugar # Take smashed starfruit and sugar mixture and place into a shaker # Pour ice over mixture into shake # Add Sake # Lightly crush basil and add to shaker # Shake well # Pour mixture into Rocks, Old Fashioned or Martini glass # Garnish glass with slice of starfruit
